Like all of the furniture manufactured by The Simple Furniture Company, our three InModern collections require no tools to assemble (or disassemble). In addition, every piece in the InModern collections is also "green" and carries the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) ecolabel. The ecolabel ensures the wood has been independently certified by SmartWood as meeting the standards set by the Forest Stewardship Council for environmentally responsible forestry. In addition, no materials or procedures used in the creation of InModern furniture interferes with the overall environment or the health of its inhabitants. And the fact that the entire furniture collection requires no hardware - screws, bolts, nuts or glue - to assemble allows it to remain totally "green".

At InModern, we strive to design and manufacture truly unique, one-of-a-kind, modern furniture. Every piece of our furniture is made from real wood, not printed laminates adhered to a particle board substrate. Any variations in the wood grain pattern of our furniture is inherent to our brand and should be viewed as a natural occurrence and not a defect.
